At Harbor Pilates, our mission is to create a welcoming space where movement transforms lives. We P.O.U.R. into every person—Providing expert guidance, Offering community and care, Uplifting each journey, and Rebuilding strength and confidence through Pilates.

When we pour into movement, our clients can pour back into themselves, their families, and their communities.

At Harbor Pilates, our team of educated instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your movement goals with personalized and expert guidance.

We totally understand that every body is unique, which is why we offer personalized instruction to me where you are. We’re here to make working out enjoyable to everyone who walks through our doors, join us and discover how Pilates can be a sustainable part of your lifestyle.    

Meet our Team

Myah is a community-centered instructor who believes movement should feel good—not intimidating. Her classes are fun, lighthearted, and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.
After navigating hypermobility and anxiety herself, Myah found Pilates as a practice that supported both body and mind. That experience shapes her approach today: wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and movement should align with your individual goals. She’s passionate about creating stigma-free movement spaces where questions are welcome, bodies are respected, and everyone belongs.
Expect upbeat energy, encouragement, and a welcoming group vibe in every Reformer class. Outside the studio, Myah works full-time as an Account Manager, loves skiing, and hangs with her corgi, Uzi.

Myah Tatay

Teaching Style Highlights:
Myah is a community-centered instructor who believes movement should feel good—not intimidating. Her classes are upbeat, inclusive, and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Drawing from her own experience with hypermobility and anxiety, Myah creates stigma-free spaces where curiosity is welcome and everyone belongs.

Kylee is a high-energy instructor with an athletic-driven approach that fires up the full body while keeping movement accessible and supportive. Her classes focus on strength, confidence, and flow—meeting clients where they’re at while encouraging them to challenge themselves.

Expect to laugh, move, and push your limits in Kylee’s sessions. She brings fun, motivating energy and a smooth class flow that keeps you engaged while building trust in your strength and ability. Kylee believes movement can change your entire day—and sometimes all it takes is 45 minutes of showing up and giving your best.

She became an instructor to step outside her own comfort zone and now loves creating a space where clients feel supported enough to try the level-ups, no matter the outcome. Outside the studio, she practices jiu jitsu, dances whenever she can, and spends time at home with her partner, Cody, and her dogs.

Kylee brings high-energy, athletic-driven classes that fire up the full body while staying accessible and supportive. Expect strength, flow, laughter, and just the right push to challenge yourself. She believes movement can change your entire day—and that showing up is always a win.

Jess is known for clear cueing, intentional movement, and sessions that feel both supportive and empowering. Her teaching style blends structure with flow, helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence with purpose.
She believes Pilates is more than a workout—it’s mindful movement that builds trust in your body and strength that carries into everyday life. Jess meets students exactly where they are, offering thoughtful progressions and layered challenges that encourage growth while keeping movement accessible and achievable.
Clients can expect well-planned sessions, positive energy, and consistent encouragement in a welcoming space. Jess is passionate about self-care, helping people reconnect with their bodies, and reminding clients they’re capable of more than they think.
Outside the studio, she loves staying active with her kids and spending time by the water.

She blends structure with flow to help clients build strength, mobility, and confidence with purpose. Jess believes Pilates is mindful movement that builds trust in your body and strength that carries into everyday life.

Madeline is a high-energy instructor with a core-intensive, athletic style and an upbeat flow that keeps classes moving and fun. Her sessions are designed to challenge you, make you laugh, and leave you feeling just a little stronger—physically and mentally.
She believes movement is a powerful tool for building confidence and creating real change from the inside out. Madeline reminds clients that every class is their 45 minutes—no comparison, no judgment, just showing up and working toward feeling 2% stronger each time.
Expect consistent flow, motivating music, and plenty of encouragement (with a little playful tough love). Madeline is passionate about creating judgment-free spaces where Pilates is for everyone, no matter age, body, or background.
Outside the studio, she practices jiu jitsu, loves connecting with people, and brings the same energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Madeline delivers high-energy, core-focused classes with an athletic edge and upbeat flow. Her sessions are challenging, fun, and confidence-building—designed to help you feel 2% stronger every time you show up. No judgment, no comparison, just movement that meets you where you are.

Kailee is a dynamic Pilates instructor known for intentional movement, creative sequencing, and contemporary Pilates principles that build strength, alignment, and confidence. Her classes blend control, breath, and flow to help clients feel connected to their bodies and empowered through every movement.
With a background in competitive figure skating, Kailee brings a performance-driven yet supportive approach to the reformer—meeting clients where they are while guiding them through purposeful progressions. She believes movement is for everyone and that Pilates is a powerful tool for building resilience, mobility, and body awareness both in and out of the studio.
Clients can expect a welcoming environment, thoughtful cueing, positive energy, and quality movement that celebrates progress at every level. Outside the studio, Kailee loves ice skating, jiu jitsu, and spending time with family.

She brings a performance-driven yet supportive approach, meeting clients where they are while guiding purposeful progressions that celebrate progress at every level.

Kailee Siemans

Rosa is a warm, motivating instructor known for intentional full-body movement and creating space where people feel supported, seen, and strong. Her classes meet you exactly where you are—then help you rise from there.
She believes wellness is about rebuilding from the inside out through movement, support, and community. Grounded in Pilates principles but always evolving, Rosa’s approach honors tradition while making movement accessible, empowering, and fun.
Clients can expect good energy, clear guidance, thoughtful challenges, and plenty of encouragement—with space to laugh, work hard, and celebrate progress in every form. Rosa became an instructor to create a space where people feel safe in their bodies and confident in their strength. Her favorite part of teaching is witnessing the moment someone realizes their body is capable of more than they thought.
Outside the studio, Rosa loves roller derby and spending time with her family.

Rosa is a warm, motivating instructor who creates space for people to feel supported, seen, and strong. Her full-body classes meet you where you are—then help you rise from there. Grounded in Pilates principles and fueled by community, Rosa believes wellness is built from the inside out.

Nancy’s journey into the world of Pilates began with her own experiences in dance and movement education, where she discovered the incredible benefits of this practice for both body and mind. Trained through Balanced Body’s Comprehensive Pilates Program, Nancy is well-versed in a variety of equipment, including Barre, Mat, Reformer, Chair, Ladder, Barrels, and the Cadillac. Her compassionate nature shines through in every class, as she encourages her clients to reach their personal best while navigating their unique movement journeys. Nancy’s teaching style blends contemporary flow with thoughtful modifications, functional movement patterning, and refined muscle activation, emphasizing flow rather than thrust. She is dedicated to continuous learning, regularly attending workshops to stay current in the evolving Pilates community. When she’s not teaching, you might find her barefoot in her garden, nurturing her flowers and vegetables or cheering on her son at local sports events.
