Do you have any age requirements?

Getting Started

Not at all! We ask the younger clients to be at least 5’0” tall, ( we’ve had parents sign their children up for class and make pilates part of their family routine. We have had client as young as 15 participate in group classes. Our clients span from 16 –72 so there really is no limit on who can participate on the reformer!
If you are under 18 years of age (parental/guardian signatures are required for consent to take class) to attend class.

Which Class should I start with?

We recommend our Hp Classic class. It will provide a good understanding of what a typical reformer workout feels like. However, if you have physical restrictions or limitations, we recommend starting with an introductory private session.

What are the benefits of Reformer Pilates?

This list could really go on forever, but here are some of the biggest benefits:
  • Strengthens and tones the entire body, including the core
  • Improves posture, flexibility and mobility
  • Alleviates tension in the back, neck and shoulders
  • Increase and improves balance
  • Encourages better mental health
  • Helps correct imbalances in the body
  • Can increase bone density
  • Can help prevent injuries

What Should I bring and wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in easily. Additionally, we require "sticky" socks for hygienic and safety reasons. You'll also want to bring a bottle of water. In essence, we like a less is more approach to getting ready for class—come as you are! We do, however, request that you minimize makeup, lotion and extra jewelry as they can damage the reformer carriage.

What should I expect at my first class?

Plan on arriving 10 minutes early for your first class. Even fives minutes is enough time if you're cutting it close...we totally get it! Our team members will show you everything you need to know so you can enjoy your first reformer workout.

Where’s your beginner class?

We TOTALLY understand that starting something new can make a person anxious, but...don’t be. All of our classes are beginner friendly! Our ability to change springs and adjust exercises makes it easy for us to help you work at the right level—and our team is happy to help you do just that.

Do you offer classical Pilates Classes?

Actually, no we are not a classical Pilates studio. Although all of our exercises are rooted in the classical pilates method, our classes incorporate many exercises that are in addition to the classical repertoire.

and you can book up to three weeks in advance if you really have your life together :-) please be considerate of other clients while booking into classes only book into classes you are able to attend.

Do we automatically book you into repeating classes?

Unfortunately, no. In an effort to allow all people the opportunity to register classes in a fair & simple manner we ask that you register no more than 2 weeks in advance. We have found, people cancel more when they schedule out further than the 2 week window.

Do we offer private events?

Yes! We are happy to host groups for corporate, birthday, anniversary, bachelorettes, celebrations, etc. contact for more info.

How does the waitlist work?

We highly encourage you to waitlist for classes as we tend to clear the majority of our waitlist every week. You will get a text message if you are moved into the class – and while you have no obligation to attend if a spot opens up within 10 hours of class, (you simply cancel your session in the app) if you are moved into the class prior to that point, our standard cancellation policy does apply.

Can I waitlist for multiple classes on the same day?

We highly discourage this, as this oftentimes results in you getting into multiple classes, then being penalized for multiple late cancellations in the form of additional fees (which no one likes). Please choose the class that best works for you and your schedule; if you don’t clear the waitlist for that class, and another class opens up, we will do our best to notify+ let you know.
